LHH is seeking an on-site Human Resources Generalist with strong Talent Acquisition experience to support our manufacturing client in Lake County, Ohio. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruiting while providing day‑to‑day HR support across the facility.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce needs, job postings, and selection processes.
- Support employee relations, performance management, policy guidance, and HR compliance.
- Maintain HR records, assist with benefits and leaves, and help drive engagement and development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of HR experience with hands‑on talent acquisition responsibilities.
- Manufacturing or industrial HR experience strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and recruiting tools/HRIS.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
