As Dining Room Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind exceptional dining experiences at Two Rivers Restaurant. You’ll lead a dedicated team, collaborate on menus and special events, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations in the dining room and park event spaces
- Deliver outstanding guest service and uphold performance standards
- Recruit, train, and mentor a passionate service team
- Partner with chefs and park leadership on menu development and special events
- Monitor budgets, and manage staffing schedules
- Conduct team evaluations, performance appraisals, and ongoing development
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Foster clear communication across departments
- Hold and maintain a valid KY STAR (Server Training in Alcohol Regulations) certification
- Hands‑on leader with food and beverage service experience
- Passion for delivering top‑notch hospitality
- Self‑starter who can achieve financial targets and maintain park standards
- Strong communicator who thrives in fast‑paced and collaborative environments

Minimum RequirementsEDUCATION: High school graduate.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR
SKILLS:
Two years of food service experience in any of the following areas: full-service restaurant, state resort park, hospital, commercial dining room.
