As Dining Room Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind exceptional dining experiences at Two Rivers Restaurant. You’ll lead a dedicated team, collaborate on menus and special events, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

• Oversee daily operations in the dining room and park event spaces
• Deliver outstanding guest service and uphold performance standards
• Recruit, train, and mentor a passionate service team
• Partner with chefs and park leadership on menu development and special events
• Monitor budgets, and manage staffing schedules
• Conduct team evaluations, performance appraisals, and ongoing development
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Foster clear communication across departments
• Hold and maintain a valid KY STAR (Server Training in Alcohol Regulations) certification

• Hands‑on leader with food and beverage service experience
• Passion for delivering top‑notch hospitality
• Self‑starter who can achieve financial targets and maintain park standards

EDUCATION: High school graduate.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR

SKILLS:

Two years of food service experience in any of the following areas: full-service restaurant, state resort park, hospital, commercial dining room.

This job has an initial and promotional probationary period of 6 months, except as provided in KRS 18A.111.
