• Administer non-injectable medications and provide treatment assistance in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state regulations.
• Supervise residents who self‑administer medications while ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Observe residents closely and promptly report any changes in physical condition, mental status, or behavior to licensed nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to medication administration, resident observations, incidents, and other required records.

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High school diploma or GED
• One year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience working with elderly or long‑term care residents preferred.
• Must demonstrate a positive attitude toward caring for elderly residents.
