Overview

Village Caregiving is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to provide personalized care to clients in the LEBANON , KY area. This is a part-time, hourly home care position. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for helping our clients with daily tasks and activities to ensure they can maintain a comfortable and independent lifestyle in their own homes.

As an In-Home Caregiver at Village Caregiving, you will receive a competitive hourly wage, as well as the opportunity for overtime and bonuses.

• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with meal preparation and feeding
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Accompany clients to doctor's appointments and other outings
• Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, sweeping, and dishes
• Engage in conversation and activities to promote socialization and mental stimulation
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate parties
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of services provided
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of basic medical and healthcare practices
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
