A leading food safety laboratory is seeking a Microbiology Analyst for the 2nd shift at its Edenton, NC facility. The candidate will analyze food samples for pathogens using PCR and immunoassay techniques, perform microbe enumerations, and handle data entry. An associate degree is required, and a BS or BA in Microbiology is preferred. The position offers standard benefits and requires some weekend work.
