Contract Position

, your work directly helps families find the care they need.

• Build and execute effective referral marketing strategies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners
• Conduct sales calls to identify new and potential referral sources
• Deliver presentations both inside and outside the facility
• Meet and exceed census and referral goals
• Maintain knowledge of market trends, payer mix, and acuity levels
• Identify partnership opportunities with other community providers
• Set up and lead in‑services to support business development
• Maintain a strong understanding of competitors and market positioning
• Promote Atrium Centers’ services, programs, and value proposition
• Identify unmet community needs for future program and service development

• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare sales and marketing
• Sales and Marketing experience, Customer Service experience, and/or training, equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience representing multiple sites is a plus
• Computer literacy skills (Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet)
• Previous health care community relations experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship‑building and presentation abilities
• Service‑focused mindset with a passion for learning
• Positive, can‑do attitude with dependable attendance
