Pharmacist

Health Care Support is actively seeking a Pharmacist to fill an opening with one of the nation’s leading pharmacies in Whitley City, KY.

• Fill prescriptions, monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage and security of drugs, including controlled substances/narcotics.
• Provide patient counseling and discuss challenges to medication adherence.
• Create a positive pharmacy department image through strong service, friendliness and cooperativeness with customers, associates and outside vendors.
• Work with the PIC to establish schedule.
• Weekdays – Open from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Weekends – Open from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. on Saturdays, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Sundays.

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Current pharmacist licensure in good standing.

• 1 year of retail experience.
• Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing).

• $109,000 – $125,000 (based on a 32-hour work week) with the ability to flex to 40.
