Job Description - Activities Therapist - Behavioral Health Unit (1611498) at Spring View Hospital
Description
The Activity Therapist is responsible for providing high quality patient care, displaying good skills in assessment, treatment planning, group treatment, and individual treatment. Additionally, he/she is responsible for functioning well as a member of the multidisciplinary team and participating in the unit community relations program.
Responsibilities- Provide high quality patient care and demonstrate strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, group treatment, and individual treatment.
- Function effectively as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in the unit community relations program.
- Bachelor of Science in Recreational Therapy with Certification as a Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS).
- 1-3 years of experience preferred.
