Special Skills
:
Ability to maintain effective, professional, and positive relationships with staff, volunteers, and program participants is required. Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle. Must be able to work independently and have excellent management skills.

Primary Functions
:

• Conduct a wrap-around assessment to identify all barriers each participant faces and develop a solution for them. Facilitate short-term educational groups (i.e. Relapse prevention, life skills) and provide linkage to referral and community resources.
• Transporting program participants in personal vehicle will be required. Attend and participate in training activities and meetings is required.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Shift Days/Hours
: to be determined; must be willing and able to work some evenings and weekends.
