• Document vital signs and CLIA‑waived testing (e.g., blood glucose) and communicate results to provider.
• Assist with self‑administration of client medications and medication management.
• Maintain accuracy of pharmacy deliveries and inventory of OTC and first aid supplies.
• Collect client interactions and services in electronic health record (EHR) and attach medical paperwork.
• Complete incident reports, daily shift reports, and releases of information (ROIs) in accordance with policy.
• Assist nurses and medical office staff in gathering information and supporting clinical tasks.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to emergency situations if needed.
• Participate in the collection process for Health Track
  
  RX and ensure medical rooms are clean and orderly.

• Complete all necessary competencies and training requirements required for medical staff.
• Demonstrate knowledge of recovery, mental health, and co‑occurring disorders; preferred experience in residential and/or outpatient addiction treatment settings.
• Strong desire to help others and make a positive impact on the community.
• Detail‑oriented, kind, and calm in a fast‑moving environment.
