Salary Range: $30,000 - $37,500
Position SummaryThe Phase I & Phase II Team Lead is responsible for the coordination, planning, implementation, and overall management of all program content for both Phase I and Phase II. This role ensures that programming is designed to prepare clients for successful independent living or family reintegration.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of Phase I & II program content, ensuring alignment with recovery goals and client needs.
- Coordinate with staff to implement daily programming and ensure consistent delivery across both phases.
- Collect RCOS data from clients and submit all required reports—including discharges—to the University of Kentucky (UK) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with staff on program development and participate in interdisciplinary consultation regarding client progress and needs.
- Provide direct counseling, education, and constructive feedback to clients.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the management team to support client engagement, progress, and adherence to recovery programming.
The Team Lead must demonstrate and consistently practice competency in the skills, knowledge, and attitudes outlined in Addiction Counseling
Competencies:
The Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes of Professional Practice (CSAT TAP #21, 1998).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Two years of experience in the general operation of the Peer-Led, Peer-Driven Recovery Program model.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and knowledge of service coordination.
- Ability to work respectfully with individuals of diverse cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations, and racial/ethnic identities.
- If in recovery, must have maintained a minimum of two years of continuous sobriety and actively participate in a recovery program.
- Recovery Dynamics Certification required.
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
The Phase I & II Team Lead is expected to work at least 8 hours per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week as part of residential services. Additional hours may be required to meet the needs and responsibilities of the position.
