Spero Health is seeking a Counselor to join our awesome team in Monticello, KY! This position is for a licensed counselor or social worker who supports the mission of "Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships" in an integrated team with patients receiving counseling, case management and medically assisted treatment. Spero Health believes better outcomes are achieved when you treat the whole person, through integrated care.

• Conduct initial assessment and ongoing patient care.
• Provide counseling to patients through evidenced-based practice.
• Provide patient education.
• Ensure accountability of treatment program and patient compliance through collaboration.
• Assist patients in creating realistic goals toward achieving freedom from addiction.
• Act as a clinic resource and assure compliance with HIPAA and CFR 42 Part 2 regulations.

Education and Experience

• Minimum:
  Master’s Degree in a human services field (psychology, sociology, social work, family studies, human services, counseling, nursing, or related program).
• Minimum of 1 year of full‑time employment or internship in a human‑services setting, or Master’s Degree in behavioral science.
• License: CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, LCADC.
