• This role will require floating to multiple locations. Local & travel allowed. Candidates living within 60 miles from the facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

  Experience:
  
  A minimum of 1 year acute care experience is required to work in acute care facilities. The following are considered acute care facilities:
  Hospital (General Acute Care as well as Psychiatric, Specialized and Rehabilitation Hospitals, and Long Term Acute Care or LTAC), and Ambulatory Care Facilities.
• Must be able to do Breast Ultrasound.

  Experience:
  
  Would be nice if the candidate could do X-ray and possibly another modality such as CT.

• Equipment Used on Unit: GE
• Unit/Facility Details: Number of Beds:
  No inpatient unit. ED is 7 beds.
• Patient Ratios: Scheduled outpatients and ED with some add-ons from time to time.
• Shift & Scheduling: Weekend hours possible. Call requires a week at a time, shared between 5 techs. Two facilities involved (sister facility Meadowview Regional Medical Center is 20 minutes away).
• Time Off: 7 days maximum time off
• References: 1 reference from last 2 years (Charge/Lead reference type) required for submission
• Identification: Proof of identification required for submission
