OverviewThe Millersburg Police Department is accepting applications for the position of full-time police officer. Seeking certified and non-certified applicants (including recently retired officers). Visible tattoos and beards are permitted.

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid KY Operator's License or the Ability to Obtain One
- Legally possess a firearm within state and federal laws
- No prior felony convictions
- No emergency protective orders or domestic violence orders
- Honorable discharge or general discharge with honorable conditions if prior military
- Pass the KY Peace Officers Professional Standards Examination, Physical Agility Examination, Drug Screen, Polygraph, Background Examination successfully
- Complete 20-week Department of Criminal Justice training Basic Academy (applicant is not a lateral/certified police officer)
Up to $46,229.00 per year
