• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles to enhance forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate monthly reporting submissions and variance analysis
• Review revenue forecasts and assist in monitoring project balances and profitability
• Manage headcount planning and resource allocation across departments
• Prepare financial support for audits and ensure compliance with financial policies

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong month-end close experience including journal entries and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP or BI tools preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards

• Experience supporting process improvements, reporting automation, or system enhancements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
