• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles to enhance forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with offshore finance teams for accurate monthly reporting and variance analysis
• Review revenue forecasts against actuals to identify discrepancies in project performance
• Assist in headcount planning and track hiring progress across departments
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting automation

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong experience with month-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP or BI tools preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards

• Experience supporting process improvements, reporting automation, or system enhancements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
