• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles to improve forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with offshore finance teams for accurate monthly reporting and variance analysis
• Review revenue forecasts and assist in developing insights on client and project performance trends
• Support headcount planning and track hiring progress to impact forecasts and capacity planning
• Prepare financial support for audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5–9 years of combined accounting and/or finance experience
• Strong month-end close experience, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP or BI tools is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail

• Experience supporting process improvements, reporting automation, or system enhancements
• Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards
