International Tax | Transfer Pricing | ASC 740
I’m working with a global metals leader known for its incredible internal culture, disciplined leadership, and financial strength
.
They’re seeking a Tax Manager who can own international compliance, provision, and transfer pricing strategy across a complex global footprint.
This is not a filing role.
This is strategic tax leadership inside a sophisticated manufacturing organization.
Core Focus:- ASC 740 tax provision
- Global compliance (U.S. + international)
- Transfer pricing documentation and modeling
- Audit defense and regulatory monitoring
- Strategic tax planning to optimize ETR
- CPA preferred
- Big Four experience a strong plus
- 5+ years progressive tax experience
- Deep knowledge of international tax (GILTI, Subpart F, foreign tax credits)
- Strong financial modeling ability
Compensation begins around $130K+, depending on background.
Hybrid flexibility after ramp.
