The Event Field Staff - B is responsible for providing on-site support during tournaments and events for the FLW Pro Circuit. This role ensures smooth and efficient operations during events.

• Assists with the setup and teardown of event sites.
• Provides logistical support for event staff and participants.
• Ensures compliance with event rules and regulations.
• Communicates with participants, vendors, and staff to ensure all event needs are met.
• Provides on-site troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• Work in outdoor conditions
• Lift 50 lbs. daily
• Work in extreme weather conditions

• Minimum
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years’ experience in event operations or a related field
  • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
• Preferred
  • Experience in sports or outdoor event operations
  • Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
