Fleet Client Services Specialist II

• Manage the maintenance transaction lifecycle from initiation until the repair technician takes custody of the customer unit
• Document all customer interactions accurately and timely within FSCA systems
• Provide exceptional customer service for all internal and external inquiries
• Obtain customer approval for all required repairs and services
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance and encourage customers to book repairs in advance

• High School Diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build positive relationships
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Common knowledge of the trucking industry and fleet maintenance experience is preferred

• A degree or certification in a related discipline with up to 1 year of experience
• Experience in the automotive or trucking industry
• Strong Excel and data entry skills
• Ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Excellent problem-solving skills
