Schedule: 30-35 hours/week | Day Shifts | Consistent weekly hours
Pay: $11/hour starting

We’re hiring a reliable, friendly Car Wash Attendant to help keep our car wash clean, safe, and operating smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in keeping things in great shape, and likes occasional interaction with customers.
This is not a high-pressure job — it’s steady, hands‑on work that plays a big role in keeping the site looking sharp and customers happy.
Key Responsibilities- Site Cleanliness & Appearance: Keep wash bays, vacuum areas, equipment rooms, and grounds clean and presentable.
- Site Cleanliness & Appearance: Empty trash, restock supplies, and maintain a neat appearance throughout the day.
- Site Cleanliness & Appearance: Perform light pressure washing and general tidying as needed.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform simple daily and weekly checks on wash equipment.
- Preventative Maintenance: Refill soaps, waxes, monitor chemical levels and notify management when reorder is needed.
- Preventative Maintenance: Identify and report issues before they become bigger problems.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform basic troubleshooting (reset equipment, clear minor jams) and report larger issues to management.
- Customer Support: Greet customers when on site and offer friendly assistance.
- Customer Support: Help customers understand how to use the automatic wash.
- Customer Support: Calmly assist with minor issues (receipt questions, wash instructions, etc.).
- General Site Oversight: Be a visible, trustworthy presence on site.
- General Site Oversight: Monitor for safety issues or vandalism.
- General Site Oversight: Communicate site needs or concerns to ownership/management.
What You Need:
- Reliable transportation and the ability to consistently show up on time.
- Comfort working outdoors and staying active with light physical tasks.
- Willingness to perform hands‑on work, follow checklists, and learn basic equipment checks (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail to keep the site clean, safe, and operating smoothly.
- Professional communication skills to assist customers when needed.
- Driver’s license.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Dependable, punctual, and self‑motivated — you don’t need constant supervision to stay productive.
- Customer‑friendly and approachable, with a calm, helpful attitude.
- Proud of your work and the condition of the site—you notice what others miss and take ownership.
- Coachable and willing to learn new processes and basic troubleshooting steps.
