We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Waipukurau, delivering a range of civil and roading projects across the region.
You will lead project teams across multiple sites, applying your technical and commercial expertise to successfully manage programme, cost, quality, resources, and-most importantly
-safety outcomes.

- Strong civil engineering background with proven experience delivering roading and civil projects
- Ability to seek and capture new work opportunities and support bid development
- Experience building long term client relationships and providing innovative solutions
- Understanding of tender requirements, contract obligations, and NZS 3910
- Proven ability to manage project financials, including forecasting, cost to complete, and monthly reporting
- Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, and internal delivery teams
- Strong understanding of Health, Safety, Environmental, and quality requirements
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high performing teams - Excellent communication, relationship management, and influencing skills
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making abilities
- Engineering Diploma or Degree (essential)
- Experience with MS Project or estimating software (desirable)
- Experience in three waters infrastructure (water, wastewater, stormwater) is highly desirable
