As a Pre-Production Engineer, you will manage, plan, implement, and follow up on activities associated with Model Line projects. Your role will include detailed planning and milestone management to ensure a successful model launch that is timely, cost-effective, and produces high-quality parts. You will work within the company's policies and may be assigned additional duties.

• Plan, implement, and follow up on Model Line activities, including data collection, analysis, and document preparation.
• Develop and manage logical plans, implement them, and oversee follow-up activities.
• Complete standardized work documents.
• Motivate and direct a team through practical problem-solving.
• Present the results الروك of your work effectively.
• Develop, implement, and analyze technical products and systems.
• Perform engineering design evaluations and develop various processes.
• Recommend improvements to product quality and procedures.
• Utilize standard concepts, practices, and procedures within your field to solve problems and implement improvements.
• Identify issues and present corrective plans.
• Work on assignments and tasks as directed by your supervisor.
• Manage project schedules, including detailed activities and event milestones, to ensure a timely and cost-effective model launch.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering
• Experience with manufacturing documentation, such as work instructions and process layouts

You will join a team of experienced engineers in a fast-paced automotive environment, working on new program launches. The typical work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM in an assembly environment. You will benefit from a collaborative team with good tenure.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, KY. The typical work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM in an assembly environment.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
