Job description:

- Overall management and leadership of team for capital and high level factory projects to support the manufacturing process

- Improve Risk Analysis and Equipment FMEA throughout project development, execution and equipment operation

- Manage capital requirements within the business plan horizon; develop, plan and implement projects

- Lead team focusing on safety, ergonomics, quality, capacity and cost improvements

- Timely planning and completion of Projects related to HSE, sustainability and production support / improvement

- Management of Equipment Modification Request (EMR) process, planning and project completion

- Support equipment analysis and process emission calculations for all permitting needs

- Support capacity analysis, risk analysis, justification, and qualification for modifications of processes and equipment

- Build positive employee relationships based on defined measurable goals, open communication, and participative management

- Perform other related duties as required
