• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Supervise and engage children in a safe and stimulating environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities.
• Support social and emotional development through positive guidance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance overall educational experience.
• Monitor and document children's progress and behavior.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
