Maysville Community & Technical College is seeking a dedicated Institutional Effectiveness Specialist V to lead initiatives that drive organizational success and continuous improvement. As part of the Kentucky Community & Technical College System, you will use data-driven strategies to enhance institutional effectiveness, guide strategic planning, and support accreditation compliance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on transforming data into actionable insights and collaborating with faculty and staff to strengthen educational programs.

• Lead strategic planning initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with the college’s mission and goals.
• Lead accreditation compliance activities, reporting, and reaffirmation processes.
• Lead comprehensive assessment activities across academic and administrative departments through collaboration with faculty and staff to develop effective strategies.
• Analyze institutional data to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Master's degree or higher required with preference given to credentials in assessment, research or a related field. Experience with data analysis and assessment methodologies.

Higher education experience is preferred.

Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Knowledge of higher education accreditation processes;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
