Are you a skilled OB/GYN seeking immediate locum tenens opportunities? We are urgently seeking a dedicated OB/GYN to cover essential shifts in March and potentially ongoing needs as they arise. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact in a small rural facility with a level one nursery, this position is for you.

• Bid Due Date: February EST
• Dates of Coverage: March 9th (7a) - March 12th (7a)
  • March 9th: 7a-6p (Prorated call)
  • March 11th (7a) - March 12th (7a)
• Additional Available Dates: Other dates will be provided to give the OB provider days off each month.

• Shift Times: 24-hour call (7a-7a)
• Admissions per Day: Varies, with an average of 18-20 deliveries per month
• Types of Cases: Triage of patients > 20 weeks gestation with OB complaints, vaginal and cesarean deliveries, GYN cases presenting to the ED
• Patients per Day: Varies, with an average of 45 triage patients per month
• Setting: Small rural facility with a level one nursery. Facilities include 1 triage room, 2 labor rooms, 1 c-section suite, and 6 postpartum rooms.
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: Anesthesia Staff, Certified Nurse Midwife, experienced labor and delivery staff nurses (with experience ranging from 5-27 years)
• Reason for Coverage: Previous locum assignment cancellation/unresponsiveness necessitates immediate replacement.
