• Specialty: General Radiology (Diagnostic), all onsite
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract Length: Through Fall, possibly longer
• Shift Details:
  • Usually a 7 or 8 AM start, ending close to 5 or 6
  • 8-hour shift
• Schedule: 3 weeks on, 1 week off

• Support Staff: Working with 3 other Radiologists
• Patients per Day: 120-200 average between 4 docs (X-ray: 65, CT: 55, UST: 15, MRI: 12, NUC:
  3)
• Reads Seen: On average day
• Patient Population/Age: 18+
• Department Description: PACS System: AGFA Enterprise;
  Equipment:
  All Siemens
• EMR: Meditech
• Hospital Bed Size: 222, occupying about 100-130
• Skills Required: General Radiology (no mammography), Plain film, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine (limited), Thyroid Aspiration, Percutaneous Biopsy

• Setting: Hospital

• Board Certification: A  Certification
• State License Required: Yes
• Certifications Preferred:
• Certifications Required: BLS
• Minimum Experience Required: 2 years
• Credentialing Timeframe: Temp Priv: 45-60 days (if no lawsuits in background), Full Priv: 95-100 days
• Willing to License: No
