Site Audio Engineer; West Side

Position: Site Audio Engineer (West Side)
Location: Hardinsburg

* Operating and programming necessary equipment for services or events.
* Troubleshooting technical systems as needed.
* Participation in production team meetings.
* Ensuring smooth technical transitions throughout the service, identifying areas for improvement.
* Working with the site experience team to adapt and execute changes following the run-through.
* Training technical volunteers .
* Performing routine maintenance of AVL systems (hardware and software).
* Planning and execution of special services and events.
* Participating in other projects such as video shoots, concerts, student ministry events, and camps as needed.
* High School Diploma
* College degree or equivalent field experience preferred
* Minimum 3 years professional audio experience.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks.
* Knowledge of the Google web platform and willingness to learn other software tools as needed.
* Organized, disciplined with priorities, meticulous attention to detail.
* Extensive working knowledge of live event technical systems in one or more areas of discipline (audio, rigging, programming, etc.).
* Extensive experience in on & off-site technical support for live production systems with an excellent ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Driven & independent worker with a high attention to detail and a desire for excellence.

Proficiency in several of the following:
* Must be able to walk up to 5 miles, standing, climbing, lifting, carrying, reaching, stooping  and crouching as duties required.
* Must be able to lift 25 to 50 lbs.
