Our client is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our dental team. This role supports our dentists and hygienists in providing excellent clinical care while helping maintain a welcoming, efficient, and professional dental environment.

Required Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
- Current X-Ray certification (California)
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or must be obtained upon hire)
- Knowledge of standard dental procedures, infection control, and OSHA requirements
- Strong communication and patient-service skills
- Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced clinical setting.
- Experience working in a dental office or community healthcare setting
- Coronal polishing certification
- Sealant certification
- Prepare operatory rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain proper infection-control protocols
- Assist the dentist chairside during procedures, ensuring efficient workflow and patient comfort
- Take dental radiographs in accordance with California regulations
Document patient information, treatment notes, and procedures accurately - Provide patient education, pre- and post-procedure instructions
- Support front office team as needed: scheduling, patient flow, and maintaining a smooth daily operation
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and hospitality in every patient interaction.
- Hourly Wage: $30 per hour
