Location: Cold Spring

We are a rapidly growing telecommunications company in Cold Spring, KY, looking for ambitious, friendly and dependable customer service representatives.

You will work in a fast paced, flexible environment providing excellent customer service to our consumers. You will act as the front line of support to customers, handle transactions, process refunds and troubleshoot questions and inquiries about our products and services.

Skillset
  • Quick learning of our web-based software and databases
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Able to work in person and over the phone to solve issues
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills and processes
  • Have a desire to be helpful and courteous in conversation and actions
  • Flexible attitude regarding the fast-paced environment of a growing company
  • Commit to treating customers and teammates with the utmost integrity and respect
  • Listen attentively to customers’ needs and concerns and demonstrate empathy towards the customers
  • Demonstrate patience to all customers; including maintaining a pleasant and professional tone and manner
  • Open to receiving coaching and critique with willingness to improve and grow in job knowledge and delivery of service
  • Spanish Speaking is not required but a bonus
Qualifications
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must be driven to meet required tasks/call length/customer service expectations
  • ALL season, reliable transportation
  • Telecommunications experience desired
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Need to have flexibility in scheduling
  • Proficient in MS Office Business (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Job type:
Full time, 12:30pm-9pm; rotating Saturday shifts 10am-6pm
