• Contribute to cross-functional projects that impact departmental and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Shipping, Scheduling, Quality, Manufacturing, Credit, Finance, Engineering, and Product Management to meet customer requirements and ensure accurate, on‑time delivery.
• Provide back‑up support and coverage for other teams as needed.
