A municipal recreation center is seeking a Guest Services Associate to provide excellent customer service and assist with facility operations. Responsibilities include managing guest inquiries, processing memberships and registrations, and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the Recreation and Wellness Center. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, experience with Rec Trac software, and the ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Certifications in CPR/AED are required or must be obtained upon hire.
