Position: German Speaking Consultant for Business Software & CRM Solutions Department
Location: Hardinsburg

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce a vacancy for a German Speaking Consultant in our Business Software & CRM Solutions Department for one of our clients. In this vital Entry Level role, you will provide essential support to our German-speaking clients, helping them navigate and optimize their use of our business software and CRM solutions, which are designed to enhance their operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Your primary responsibilities will include offering tailored consultations, conducting effective training sessions, and troubleshooting any technical queries clients may have. Through your dedication to client service, you will help foster strong relationships and ensure their success with our software solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist German-speaking clients with inquiries related to business software and CRM systems
  • Guide clients through the selection and implementation processes of appropriate solutions
  • Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to facilitate effective usage
  • Provide timely resolutions for technical issues and support requests
  • Document client interactions and maintain comprehensive support records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and recommend service improvements
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in business software and CRM technologies
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on excellent customer service
  • Experience or familiarity with business software and CRM solutions is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address client inquiries
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to customer interaction
  • Previous experience in consulting or customer support is advantageous but not essential
