RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with customer retention strategies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and resolve issues.
- Problem-Solving Skills Ability to address customer concerns and find solutions quickly.
- Interpersonal Skills Strong people skills to build rapport with customers and handle various personalities.

Compensation $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
