Overview
We are a rapidly growing telecommunications company in Cold Spring, KY, looking for ambitious, friendly and dependable customer service representatives. You will work in a fast paced, flexible environment providing excellent customer service to our consumers. You will act as the front line of support to customers, handle transactions, process refunds and troubleshoot questions and inquiries about our products and services.
Responsibilities- Act as the front line of support to customers
- Handle transactions and process refunds
- Troubleshoot questions and inquiries about our products and services
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a background check
- Must be driven to meet required tasks/call length/customer service expectations
- All season, reliable transportation
- Telecommunications experience desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Need to have flexibility in scheduling
- Proficient in MS Office Business (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Job type:
Full time, 12:30pm-9pm; rotating Saturday shifts 10am-6pm - Benefits, PTO, 401(k), ESOP
