Salary Range: $29,250 – $32,906

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Demonstrate proficiency with Pathways’ Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Post daily schedules and verify/audit clinical notes for billing accuracy.
• Set up client guarantors and run the daily client charge input log.
• Make necessary corrections identified through reports.
• Perform additional duties as outlined in the current job description.

• Proficiency in general office procedures (typing, filing, organization, etc.).
• Computer experience required.
• Knowledge of standard office equipment.
• Prior experience in office settings including data entry, filing, and customer service.
• Experience with EHR systems preferred.

This is a full‑time position.
