Project Manager--General Contracting

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground‑up and renovation projects within our General Contracting division. • Manage general contracting projects from planning to closeout
• Create and track schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors with a safety‑first approach
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of project management experience in general contracting
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
