We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team in Burlington, KY. This role involves working collaboratively to install precast foundation walls on-site for new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with specific experience in foundation pouring and framing.
Key Responsibilities- Work as part of a team to install precast foundation walls on new construction sites.
- Travel to and from job sites, including overnight stays depending on project location and requirements.
- Prepare job site layout using a total station instrument.
- Use drawings provided by CAD designers to accurately lay out the foundation footprint.
- Ensure proper placement and alignment of foundation walls according to project specifications.
- Prior construction experience, preferably in residential or commercial building projects.
- Framing experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Familiarity with total station instruments and site layout procedures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight as required by job assignments.
