** We’re looking for a driven
** Construction Project Manager
** to lead industrial construction and capital projects across North America. In this role, you’ll oversee new facility builds, expansions, and infrastructure improvements that support MPW’s continued growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing complex projects from concept to completion, this opportunity is for you.
** What You’ll Bring
*** Strong safety leadership and commitment to compliance
* Experience managing multiple construction projects across various locations
* Technical knowledge of industrial construction and facility development
* Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contractor performance
** What You’ll Do
*** Lead planning and execution of industrial construction projects, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement
* Oversee contractor safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with building codes and permitting requirements
* Manage project budgets, capital expenditures, and change orders to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
* Coordinate with engineering firms, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders
* Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and support project teams
* Lead project closeout activities including commissioning support and final documentation
** What You'll Need
*** Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Civil Engineering preferred (relevant experience considered)
* 3–5 years of experience in construction management, capital projects, or industrial facility development
* Experience with project scheduling, cost management tools, and vendor oversight
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting software preferred
* Ability to travel up to 30% based on project needs
