• Work as a team player by helping the Crew Chief and team
• Remove protective shipping wrap from the home – we’ll show you the best ways to do this
• Remove and properly store exterior items such as shingles under the leadership of experienced team members
• Assist in removing tires, axles, and tongues which can weigh up to 50 lbs.
• Travel to each home site and assist with necessary construction activities
• Load and unload materials, keeping tools and trucks organized
• Help installer vapor barriers beneath the home
• Gather materials for beginning piers and help build them
• Perform masonry work underneath the homes

• Full‑time, Monday through Friday

• $16.00+ an hour (depends on experience)
• Paid weekly

• You enjoy working with your hands and being outdoors.
• You are interested in starting a career in construction.
• You can climb ladders, crawl under homes, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• You have a positive attitude and work well as a team player.
• You are comfortable using hand and power tools such as hammers, levels, drills, and impact wrenches.
