Are you enrolled/fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Economics or related fields?

Do you speak fluent English and Italian, and possibly German?

Do you have good organizational and communication skills?

We are looking forbrilliant candidates with a strong passion for theAutomotivesector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internshipin adynamicandinternational context based in ourOrganization, Strategic Workforce Planning & Reward Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.

The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:

• Labour cost:
  Renewal Internal bargain
• Labour cost:
  Monthly closures
• Labour costs analysis
• Developing reports on monthly closures and forecasting

In order to meet these targets, you will need:

• Fluent English and Italian, German will be a plus
• Enrolled/Fresh graduated in a Master's degree in HR, Business, Economics or related fields ( no thesis project foreseen for this opportunity )
• Knowledge in labor laws and tax regulations will be a plus
• Analytical Skills, attention to detail and confidentiality
• Target oriented
