ABOUT

THIS TEAM

Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon’s overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce. Reporting to the Office Manager, the DC System Coordinator is responsible ensuring the timely and accurate time keeping, reporting, and billing for lululemon and agency workers.

This role collaborates with cross-functional partners.

This position is Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM

A DAY IN THE LIFE
  • Maintain accurate and timely timekeeping records using Dayforce and other workforce systems.
  • Support the distribution center leadership team by ensuring timely and accurate timekeeping and reporting for their assigned location.
  • Ensure clock in accuracy by reconciling timekeeping data and addressing discrepancies.
  • Escalate system issues affecting timekeeping to relevant stakeholders.
  • Oversee the Call Off Line reporting tool (CMS) which includes maintaining employee list and adding/removing users.
  • Complete administrative tasks such as Dayforce and LMS (Labor Management System) time keeping reconciliations, audits, and reporting.
  • Support pre-set shift management within the people systems and validate employee timekeeping and attendance for both lululemon and agency workforce.
  • Support leaders with auditing employee timecards within the timekeeping system, including clock-ins, clock-outs, and meal breaks, while reporting trends to relevant Supervisors and Managers.
  • Confirm payroll accuracy prior to payroll approval.
  • Oversee daily LMS/system operations, including data input, hours reconciliation, employee profiles, and schedule management.
  • Manage user access in LMS by adding/removing users, resolving lockouts, and maintaining accurate user lists.
  • Address Service Now tickets and email requests to resolve system discrepancies, including locked accounts, overlapping events, and data gaps.
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workforce system data accuracy.
  • Perform regular audits of LMS/systems and timekeeping systems to ensure compliance and reliability.
  • Track, administer and report labor standards (RPP).
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 years of data entry experience.
  • Experience with timekeeping and Work force management system preferred.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail is a must.
  • Experience with data collection is preferred, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to hold confidential information and demonstrate sound judgement.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the team and business partners.
  • Ability to meet attendance requirements.
  • Ability to work on-site at the distribution center five days a week.
  • Flexible and adaptable with schedule which could include nights, working required holidays, weekends with occasional after-hours requirements and overtime.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE

Typical Hiring Range: $22.95 - $25.50/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location

Target Bonus: 5%

Total Target Base Pay Range: $24.10 - $26.78/hour
