- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6 months to 1 year of related experience
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and vendor management processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to make informed decisions
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP)
- Experience with procurement and contract management
- Familiarity with cost reduction techniques and KPI tracking
- Background in financial management and process improvement
