• Analyze historical and predictive parcel data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities
• Conduct detailed parcel audits and develop high-quality RFP models for large shippers
• Track and report key parcel KPIs, collaborating with carriers to resolve service issues
• Partner with clients to assess parcel needs and deliver customized recommendations
• Identify process gaps and propose best practices to enhance visibility and reduce spend

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Mathematics, MIS, or a related field
• Minimum two years of SQL experience with proficiency in query development
• Experience using Business Intelligence tools and data warehousing environments
• Strong command of English (verbal and written) and familiarity with transportation concepts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel capabilities

• Experience developing or evaluating RFP responses for large shippers
• Expertise in parcel reporting, network modeling, and cost-center analysis
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira
• Understanding of parcel carrier pricing structures and service-level optimization
