• Diagnose and repair technical issues, including brakes, alignments, fluid flushes, preventative maintenance, and vehicle diagnostics.
• Provide outstanding service and clear communication to guests, including guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
• Document all work performed on repair orders and report safety issues immediately.
• Promote teamwork to deliver timely and accurate guest care during all operating hours.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods of time (light and heavy lifting, standing, bending, squatting).

Depending on location, stores may be open 7 days a week, which may include weekends and some holidays.

• Minimum 1 year automotive experience, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• ASE certification.
• Experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests.
• Previous electrical, air‑conditioning, and fuel ignition experience (basic or advanced).

• Line technician services, routine inspections/maintenance, system diagnostics, problem‑solving.
• Excellent guest service and communication.
• Work documentation and safety compliance.
• Teamwork and time management during operating hours.
