Data Processing Specialist

• Process and manage data accurately in company databases and systems
• Review incoming information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
• Identify, investigate, and correct data discrepancies or errors
• Maintain organized digital and physical records
• Assist with compiling reports and preparing data for program and operational use
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client and organizational information
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues
• Follow organizational policies and procedures for data management

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business administration, information systems, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in data processing, data entry, or administrative support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and data management tools
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of information
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
