Data Input Specialist

• Accurately enter data into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Review and verify information for completeness and correctness before entry
• Maintain organized digital and physical records
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors
• Assist in generating reports and compiling information for program and administrative purposes
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive client and organizational data
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data-related issues
• Follow organizational policies and procedures for data management

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in data entry, data input, or administrative support preferred
• Strong typing skills with high accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
