Data Entry Specialist

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases and internal systems
• Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized digital and physical records
• Identify and correct data discrepancies or errors
• Assist with generating reports and compiling data for program and administrative purposes
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive client and organizational information
• Communicate with team members to resolve data-related issues
• Follow organizational policies and procedures for data management and recordkeeping

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in data entry, administrative, or clerical roles preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or similar software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
