We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our leadership and operations team as we scale. You’ll work side-by-side with our Account Manager to handle both internal operations and external customer support.

What You’ll Do- Manage calendars, appointments, and team schedules
- Prepare meeting agendas, summaries, and follow-ups
- Track tasks and internal project workflows
- Support client communication via email and chat (non-technical support)
- Assist with organizing files, SOPs, and internal documentation
- Coordinate between departments to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Provide assistance in onboarding workflows and client account setup
- Keep our systems organized in tools like Basecamp, Bold Desk, and High Level
- Have experience supporting busy executives, project managers, or agency owners
- Are a proactive communicator who thrives on follow-through
- Are tech-savvy and can pick up new platforms quickly (we use Basecamp, High Level, Loom, Google Workspace just to mention a few)
- Are detail-oriented, efficient, and unshakably dependable
- Can work independently with minimal oversight but love being part of a team
- Prior experience in SaaS, agency, or service-based businesses
- Familiarity with High Level is a plus
- Experience writing SOPs or organizing internal systems
- Some background in customer service or marketing
